Our Team

Culinary Director Michael Schenk and Executive Chef Bruce Feingoldlead our kitchen with a passion for sustainability, creativity, and quality. Together with founder Mitchell Robbins, they’ve built Farmer’s Table into a community hub for health-conscious dining.

Châtel Farms (Georgia) beef is grass-fed, antibiotic and hormone-free.These grass-fed Angus and Akaushi cattle are raised with environmental responsibility and animal welfare in mind — and the flavor speaks for itself.

Chicken from Springer Mountain Farms is the only kind we serve —raised without antibiotics, steroids, or growth stimulants.

Our seafood is wild-caught where possible, chemical-free and responsibly farmed.

Our breads and pastries are baked in-house daily using only certified organic flours. That means no additives, no bleaching, and no shortcuts — just nutrient-rich, delicious flavor in every slice. From baguettes to pretzel rolls, our baked goods are better because they’re made with care.
